From the first conversation to a complete evidence file, we do the groundwork so a registered training organisation can assess what you already know.

What we do for you
Four services, one file. Choose a tab to see what each one includes.
A first conversation about your work
We listen to your work history, how long you have done each role, where you gained the experience and what you want next. Then we tell you honestly whether a qualification looks realistic.
What you get
- A clear explanation of how the process works
- An honest first view of your options
- A list of the evidence you are likely to need
What you bring
- Your job titles and years in each role
- The country where you gained the experience
- Any certificates or licences you hold

A first conversation about your work
We listen to your work history, how long you have done each role, where you gained the experience and what you want next. Then we tell you honestly whether a qualification looks realistic.
Options that match your real work
We compare your actual duties with qualification requirements, so any option we suggest lines up with what you do every day and the evidence you can show.
Your evidence, organised properly
Many people have the experience but do not know how to prove it. We help you gather, sort and label your documents, work samples and references so they are clear and complete.
Connection with a partner RTO
Eligible applicants are connected with a partner Registered Training Organisation, whose qualified assessors make the assessment decision. We help you respond to their requests clearly and on time.
What strong evidence looks like
Getting qualified through experience is not a shortcut or a way to buy a certificate. Assessors look for evidence that meets clear standards, and so do we.
- 01Relevant to the qualification
- 02Authentic and genuine
- 03Clear and properly organised
- 04Current and up to date
- 05Enough to show competency
- 06Linked to real workplace experience
Limits we explain up front
- The partner RTO makes every assessment decision. We cannot influence it.
- An assessor may ask for more documents, a practical demonstration, a competency conversation or third-party verification.
- If gaps are found, you may need to complete gap training before a qualification is issued.
- Timeframes depend on the qualification, your evidence and how quickly you respond.
- Licensing, employment and migration decisions are made separately by the relevant authorities.

Tell us what you do and how long you have done it. We will tell you honestly whether a qualification looks realistic for you.
